Shaun Stewart (full name Shaun Patrick Stewart) is an operations and growth leader based in Orlando, Florida.

Orlando, 2024 to today: AI harness and autonomous engineering
His lead project today is an AI agent harness of his own design. He started it in 2024 to carry the business automation he had built before AI into AI itself. The harness now does system and software engineering work on its own, and he uses it to create software products and complete systems from the ground up. More on the AI harness
Fort Myers and North Fort Myers
Fort Myers is his birthplace. He grew up across the river in North Fort Myers and finished school at Riverdale High. The companies he runs today also serve customers in the Fort Myers area, so the work has come back to where it started.
Tampa, 2002 to 2011
Tampa is where the career took shape. At Counter Active, a stone countertop company bringing in roughly $11 million a year, he ran operations along with the shop and installation crews, handled the CNC machines, wrote their programs and drew in 2D CAD. That run ended with the company’s MVP award.
From 2008 to 2011 he worked for Kablelink Communications on Bright House Networks installs, and finished as the top-earning residential technician in Florida among hundreds of contractors.
Tampa, Orlando and Sarasota, 2011 to 2016
Next came five years as a turnaround consultant for two Florida fabrication shops. At the first, weekly output climbed from about 1,200 to about 2,500 square feet. At the second, it went from about 2,500 to about 5,000. Daily reworks dropped by roughly 70 percent, and one of the two came out of bankruptcy and into profit.
Orlando, 2016 to today
Orlando is home base. Since 2016 he has grown two kitchen and bath companies there into seven-figure businesses, with no outside investors.
Jacksonville and Sarasota
His companies also serve customers in Jacksonville and Sarasota, and he will take on a project anywhere in the state.
